2025–2028 Strategy
Our 2025-28 strategy aligns with national and global goals (SDGs 9, 11, 17), we aim to:
- Drive shared value through industry-academia twinning
- Engage the private sector in circular economy and climate action
- Scale up AI solutions to facilitate sustainability through energy efficiency and e-mobility, enhancing productivity in agriculture and re-thinking workplace wellness
- Support ESG integration in growth strategies in enterprises.
Achieved through
Graduate program at our Kazi Design Hubs and KIVUKONI Innovation Space
A year-long volunteer internship enabling graduates create ventures that address real-world issues while creating employment opportunities.
AfTCA Hackathon
implemented through “Jistawishe” annual innovation festival involving youth, academia, think tanks and policy makers
Peace Accelerator
it redefines peacebuilding in the SADC region by integrating youth, digital tools and the private sector into lifelong peace strategies.
Circular Lab
Tackles climate and urban challenges through partnerships with universities, local authorities, and the private sector to create green jobs avenues. Pilots underway in Arusha, Kigoma, Tanga and Dodoma.
Re-purpose and Employability Initiatives
which focuses on tech-driven infrastructure renewal via hackathons. It is supported with the Ajira Mtaani podcast targeting re-skilling among mid career change among public employees.
